The Performance Thermo comes with two lids for the jug:

How to use the thermo jug
Place the lid so the arrow points to "Unlock", turn to "Lock" if you want to lock the jug. To pour coffee, turn the lid clockwise until the arrow points to "Lock" and then counterclockwise until the arrow points to the spout and dot. The reason for the visit to the "lock" is to create a vacuum that leads to better pouring of the coffee. After pouring, close the lid by turning it clockwise until the arrow points to "LOCK".
The thermo jug is only compatible with the Performance Thermo coffee maker and not the other coffee makers in the Performance series.
Unique pump technology
Fresh water is one of the most important ingredients in good coffee. Thanks to Wilfa's unique water pump technology, the Performance Thermo is completely emptied of water with each brew, so that you can always brew coffee with fresh, oxygen-rich and clean water.
Most other coffee makers on the market do not have pump technology. The coffee maker then does not empty itself of water after brewing, and then as much as 1.5 dl of water can remain in the system after brewing. This in turn will have a big impact on the coffee taste the next time you brew. If you already have a coffee maker at home, you can easily check this by turning it upside down (upside down) after brewing.
Removable water tank - always clean water
Good coffee starts with clean and fresh water. That is why the Performance Thermo is equipped with a removable 1.25 liter water tank that is as easy to fill as it is to clean.

Performance Thermo has an advanced brewing system that gives the water an optimal extraction temperature throughout the brewing process, with a brewing temperature of 92-96° from the first to the last drop. This provides an unforgettable taste experience.
Correct ratio between coffee and water
Use the measurement guide on the water tank to get the optimal ratio between coffee and water for each brew.
Manual drip stop
With the adjustable drip stop, you can easily set and control the contact time between the water and the coffee by adjusting how quickly the water flows through the filter holder. In this way, you can easily brew a single cup of coffee with the same result as if you had brewed a whole pot.
Maximum taste
All the flavors of the coffee get their due with the unique diffuser head that spreads the water evenly over the coffee powder during brewing.
Cleaning indicator
The coffee maker reminds you when it's time for cleaning. When the light on the start/stop button begins to pulse slowly, the coffee machine indicates that cleaning and descaling are recommended.
